Description
Description
Vinification of Vila Real Grande Reserva Branco: A white wine from the Douro region, made with white grapes from old vineyards, including the varieties Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, and Fernão-Pires. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After this process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it remained for 6 months, being regularly stirred before bottling.
