Vilarissa Valley Red 2023

Vinification of Vilarissa Valley Red: The harvest of this batch began on September 29 and continued until mid-October. The grapes were transported in 20 kg boxes to the winery, where they were sorted on the selection table. Partial destemming and crushing in stainless steel tanks followed. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 12 days, with temperature control at 23ºC, during which remontage cycles were carried out every 2 hours, each lasting 3 minutes. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, 100% of the batch aged for 12 months in new barrels, 70% French oak and 30% American oak.
