Description
Vinification of the Vinha D Ervideira Selected Harvest Red Wine 2019 3 Liters: the grape varieties are vinified separately. Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and Cabernet Sauvignon ferment in stainless steel tanks with mechanical foot treading, at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. The Aragonez variety ferments in horizontal tanks (vinimatics).
