Vodka Koskenkorva Climate Action

Koskenkorva Vodka Climate Action is made entirely from barley grown through regenerative agriculture, which removes CO2 from the atmosphere and stores it back in the soil. It comes from Jari Eerola's farm in southern Finland. It literally fights climate change. Regenerative agriculture fights climate change. Unlike conventional agriculture, regenerative agriculture removes CO2 from the atmosphere and stores it in the soil. It improves biodiversity, prevents nutrients from leaking into water bodies, and at the same time provides more abundant and higher quality crops. It also protects crops against drought and insects, as well as helps the soil retain more water. It is a new way of farming that requires a major shift in how we use land, sustainably for future generations. The large-scale effects of regenerative agriculture can be enormous. If these practices were adopted on all agricultural lands and pastures worldwide permanently, we could remove up to 322 billion tons of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere — which is equivalent to 10 times the current annual global emissions.
