Whisky Suntory Toki

With an aromatic profile close to that of Bourbons, Toki is the most American of Japanese blends. For this creation, Shinji Fukuyo, the house's Chief Blender, used grain whiskies with more character and in greater proportion. The blend is built around two main components: grain whiskies from Chita, as expected, but also single malts from Hakushu aged in American white oak barrels, that is, ex-Bourbon barrels. The Yamazaki distillery is also present with the selection of two single malts: one aged in Bourbon barrels and the other in Spanish oak barrels, the famous sherry casks.
