Whisky Talisker 8 Years

Talisker 8 Years Whisky is a whisky from the producer Talisker, originating from Islay, in the Islay region. On the nose, it is smooth, with sweet and maritime notes and a light touch of cereals reminiscent of oat flakes, evolving into salty seaweed, salt crystals, and iodine, on a base of mountain smoke. A drop of water softens and enhances the maritime character. On the palate, it reveals a smooth and oily texture, intense and harmonious flavor, almost perfumed at the start, always salty and slightly sweet, with the peaty and smoky character of specially selected barrels. This “sea monster” finishes with a full spicy touch; with water, it maintains the profile and gains a slight spicy tingling on the tongue. Available at Azdrinks.
